Master in Enterprise Law and Master in Business Administration, with over 15 years of experience in the real estate and agrarian law, former senior counsel at Creel, García-Cuellar, Aiza y Enriquez, S.C and legal specialist at Ford Motor Company and Procter & Gamble, based at Playa del Carmen, which has allowed him to establish solid relations with  the Quintana Roo state and Tulum, Benito Juárez (Cancun) and Solidaridad (Playa del Carmen) municipal authorities, for the processing and management of licenses and permits, registries at the Public Registry of Property and National Agrarian Registry, ready to review and prepare the required legal documentation, including promissory agreements, buy and sale contracts, trusts, mortgages, lease agreements, usufructs, rights assignments, etc.

Diana Torres Villarreal

Real estate broker manager

Real estate agent, with great experience in the Mexican Mayan Riviera.
